You only pay our agreed discounted rates, so we can deliver your favorite LaCkore Couture items to you reliably and efficiently.  Instead of inflating all our prices and offering "Free Shipping", we believe in offering the most competitive pricing for every individual LaCkore Couture product. All domestic shipping rates reflect USPS doorstep delivery.  From our headquarters to your home, a happy customer every time is our number one priority.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Each piece is handcrafted per order by Erin & her team. Processing takes between 24 and 48 hours, and orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days. 

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based off of the Carrier and Service you select.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. 

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. LaCkore Couture is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, UPS or DHL, LaCkore Couture is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and it is necessary to reship the package to a corrected address after confirming with the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional costs associated with the shipping.

We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Protection and Package Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Address Confirmation: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase. All orders are shipped to the address as provided by the customer and confirmed in our records.

2. Package Delivery Issues: Should a customer encounter any delivery issues after choosing the "Shipping Protection" option at checkout, the following procedures must be adhered to:

a. Lost in Transit: If the package tracking confirms that an order was lost in transit before reaching the delivery address, a replacement will be dispatched to the customer at no additional cost.

b. Local Post Office Check: For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers are required to first contact their local post office to obtain any available GPS tracking data that indicates the exact location where the package was delivered.

c. Internal Household Check: Before escalating the matter, customers must ensure that they have thoroughly checked with all members of their household to rule out any inadvertent misplacements.

d. Suspected Theft: If, after the above checks, the package is still missing and presumed stolen, the customer must file an official report with their local police department.

3. Claiming Shipping Protection: For those who have opted for the "Shipping Protection" during checkout, a replacement will be dispatched in the following scenarios:

a. When the customer provides a valid copy of the police report confirming the suspected theft.

b. If tracking confirms the package was lost in transit before delivery.

4. Delivery Liability: Once packages are handed over to the USPS or any other third-party shipping carrier, their delivery and handling are beyond our direct control. We rely on our customers to cooperate and follow the above procedures to resolve any shipping issues swiftly.

5. Shipping Protection fees are nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Parcel Direct International Priority - DDP. It generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. 

LaCkore Couture is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by DHL, LaCkore Couture is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.

CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur. 

Duties and taxes are paid on LaCkore Couture's behalf with our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. If you are charged duties/taxes upon delivery, please reach out to us for reimbursement via Store Credit (Receipt of payment made will be required).

If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges:

We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. We will provide you a free* pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Once the item has been received, we will send you a store credit (via LaCkore Couture Gift Card).

Returns:

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via a LaCkore Couture Gift Card.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, Club Couture are final sale. 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. You must be able to provide us with enough information in order to locate proof of purchase.

Lifetime Guarantee

We at LaCkore Couture are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products, and we stand by the quality of each piece with a lifetime warranty. Should your LaCkore Couture item be damaged or break during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will offer a repair at no cost, or provide a replacement with a product of equal value if the original product is no longer available. Additionally, to further ensure your satisfaction, we offer a replacement policy where we will replace the product up to three times. However, it is important to note that if, after evaluation, we determine that the damage is due to misuse, abuse, or intentional harm, we reserve the right to issue a refund and discontinue further business relations. In such cases, our decision to issue a refund is a final effort to ensure customer satisfaction, and it will conclude our obligations under this warranty. What is the most common size? Size S / M is ordered more frequently (7 Inches in length); this is likely due to many of our bracelets being stretchy and resizable. Prior to offering multiple sizes, S / M was our "default" size.

How much difference is there between S / M and L / XL? The difference is approximately less than 1 inch (1-2cm). Many customers mix and match different sizes because both will fit. Different sizes are mainly offered for personal preferences depending how you like it to fit on your arm (sliding up and down vs tight)
